Why Join the Alameda Family Collective?
AFC offers programming for both parents and kids. Joining is a great way to make friends & meet other families while positively impacting the local community.

Who Can Join?
Membership is open to all Alameda families – most activities occur on the island. Our members primarily have children aged newborn to five years. “Expecting” families are welcome too. AFC is an organization for the whole family!

What Benefits Do Members Enjoy?
In addition to attending our events & programs, members receive other great perks! Our promotional partners offer members exclusive discounts. Members have access to a catalog of 100+ books and DVDs via the AFC Lending Library. We are adding new benefits all the time to enhance the member experience!

How to Join
It’s easy to become a member of AFC! To get started, fill out the application. Please answer all questions accurately and completely. This is how we get to know you and ensure that our community is safe and open for everyone. Your application will be processed once complete; we usually process applications weekly.

Dues are $24 per family, annually. This money help to fund special events, activities, and philanthropy efforts for AFC members & the local community.You will be surprised by how much we do for our members with just $24 per family!

If you cannot afford to pay dues, some family scholarships are available. Get in touch for more information.
